3. Reservations and Payments

  • All reservations must be made in advance through the Site or by contacting us directly at info@blackcastlelimo.com.

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

    • Authorization: Your card will be authorized prior to the trip.

    • Charge Timing: Your card will be charged upon trip completion.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes and fees.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled trip will incur no charge.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip will incur a 50% charge.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are expected to provide accurate information when making reservations.

  • Punctuality: It is the customer’s responsibility to be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location.

  • Failure to be on time may result in delays or trip cancellations, subject to the cancellation policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • BlackCastle Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We strive to provide the highest level of service but do not guarantee the availability of specific vehicles or drivers.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the property of BlackCastle Limousine or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Changes to Terms
